Bingo: The Winning Musical

For "Bingo: The Winning Musical" at Okoboji Summer Theatre, I teamed up with director Tricia Brouk to develop a scenic design that infused a lively essence into the production. Moving away from the initial concept of a traditional hunting lodge, I redefined the space to embrace the nautical allure of the Okoboji Lakes area. The design incorporated rustic wooden elements, maritime-themed accents, and a whimsical yet inviting atmosphere, effectively resonating with local theatergoers while amplifying the comedic nature of the musical. This immersive environment fostered a distinctive fusion of humor and community engagement, truly embodying the charm of the lakeside locale.
