Park n’ Shop

In 2020, Contra Costa Properties commissioned concept renderings for the Park n' Shop project as part of a beautification proposal presented to the City of Concord, CA. Working in collaboration with Gretchen Ugalde, I developed 3D models in Vectorworks, which were then rendered in Twinmotion to create a visually compelling presentation.

The design emphasized revitalization, blending mid-century commercial aesthetics with modern enhancements to reimagine the space’s potential. By integrating thoughtful architectural details, dynamic lighting, and realistic environmental context, the renderings provided a clear vision of how Park n' Shop could evolve while maintaining its historical character. This concept design served as a key visual tool in advocating for the transformation of the space, aligning aesthetic improvements with community engagement.
