About this notice

This notice describes the Portfolio, Studio, Apps and article pages operated by Brandon PT Davis. The migration comparison is currently private and restricted to its owner. Separate downloadable apps and external websites may have their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

The inquiry forms collect your name, email address, production or project, and message. You may also provide an organization or venue and key dates. A submission reference, time, form location and delivery status are saved with the inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Inquiries and email delivery

Inquiries are saved in the website’s Sites database so a delivery problem does not lose your message. Resend processes the inquiry details to deliver an email notification to info@brandonptdavis.com, hosted in iCloud Mail. Your email address is included as the reply address. Saved inquiries are accessible through the owner’s protected inbox.

Information is used to respond to professional inquiries and manage related correspondence. This website does not add form senders to a marketing list or send their inquiry to an AI model for an automated response.

Hosting and security

ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare hosting and storage infrastructure serve the website and store its content. Hosting, sign-in and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser information and access times under their own policies.

The form uses spam checks, duplicate protection and temporary rate-limit counters. The website stores hashed rate-limit keys derived from a client identifier and email address; it does not save a raw IP address in the inquiry record. Expired counters are removed during later form requests. Access controls help protect saved inquiries, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Browser storage and analytics

The website uses browser storage to remember choices such as appearance, archive view and the paint tool’s local inventory. You can clear these through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing them may reset saved preferences or tool data.

No advertising or visitor analytics service is currently installed by this website. Hosting and sign-in providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies for their services. This notice does not promise that the platform or embedded services are cookie-free.

Embedded media and external links

Some pages embed YouTube videos using its privacy-enhanced domain. Loading an embedded player or interacting with an external service can disclose request information to that provider. Social links, App Store pages, downloads hosted elsewhere and other linked sites follow their own privacy practices.

Retention

New inquiries are active and are kept until the owner marks them inactive. Delivered inquiries become eligible for cleanup 12 calendar months after being marked inactive. Marking an inquiry active cancels that clock; marking it inactive again starts a new 12-month period. Inquiries with unresolved delivery are kept for review. Cleanup removes the website inquiry record and its saved notification copy. Separate iCloud email copies and provider logs or backups follow their own retention practices.

Sharing and your choices

Inquiry information is used for correspondence and the hosting, security and email services described here. This website does not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising.

You can request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@brandonptdavis.com. Requests may require identity verification and consideration of active project records or applicable obligations. You can also contact Brandon directly by email instead of using the form.
